Ihr Beitrag:
- Werkerhaltung und Standortbetreuung in unserem Werk in Buchholz
- Steuerung externer Projektteams
- Durchführung eigener Projekte
- Vorgabe von Leistungsstandards für planerische und technische Aufträge
- Change-Management
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Erarbeitung von Lösungskonzepten für Fertigungseinrichtungen und -abläufen
- Planungsaufgaben bei Bau, Änderungen und Rückbau von Produktionsanlagen (z.B. Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Lastenheften)
- Mitarbeit in Projektteams, Leitung von Teilprojektteams, Übernahme und Koordinierung von Projektaufgaben
- Koordinierung von externen Dienstleistern, Handwerkern etc. zur Realisierung von Projektaufgaben, Zusammenarbeit mit Vermessungsbüros etc.
- Regelmäßige Durchführung von Projektbesprechungen zwecks Koordinierung und Verfolgung der Projektziele
- Abstimmung von Investitionsprojekten mit dem Werkscontrolling
- Planung, Beauftragung und Durchführung von Projekten im Hüttenbetrieb mit dem Schwerpunkt der Bleiraffination
